Julia’s House is here to help you during the pandemic, whether you are a new referral or an existing family we support. All our care staff wear the appropriate PPE and we check if anyone is symptomatic or if they need to isolate due to contact tracing, before each care session. We are also testing our care staff on a weekly basis.

We recognise that your own feelings of isolation may be extremely challenging at the moment. We currently provide regular respite care in the family home, to give parents/carers a break. We can also increase this support during family emergencies.

Our hospices are currently open again and we continue to provide extensive family support to parents/carers and siblings virtually during the pandemic. We are also able to continue supporting siblings in line with Government social distancing measures.

End of life care is available, assessed on an individual basis dependant on resources available. Please do not hesitate in contacting us should you have any queries at all. To make a referral, please contact Julia’s House or ask your child’s medical or clinical team to do so. We are here for you.
