1. I understand that the fundraising I am organising is in aid of Julia’s House.
2. I understand and will make it clear to those who support my fundraising that the money (or what percentage of the money if applicable) will be sent to Julia’s House to be treated as a donation and used for their general charitable purposes.
3. I will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. I will not incur nor am I authorised to incur any cost, claim, loss or liability on behalf of Julia’s House.
5. Julia’s House shall not be responsible or liable for injury or illness resulting from my participation or anyone else’s participation and I need to arrange my own insurance.
6. I will only use lawful means to fundraise for Julia’s House and will not bring the Julia’s House name into disrepute. I will act in the best interest of Julia’s House at all times and understand that if I do something that threatens or damages the name or reputation of Julia’s House, the charity will ask me to stop fundraising immediately.
7. Neither party will use the others brand name or logo within published material, on or offline, without written consent.
8. I am responsible for the design and production of all artwork, advertising, print, literature or products relating to the fundraising, but will obtain prior written approval from Julia’s House before publication or production. Julia’s House will be happy to provide any support or input required.
9. If I want to raise money for Julia’s House Children’s Hospice through the sales of a product or service, I agree to ask the charity for a separate Commercial Participation Agreement document.

11. Julia’s House requests all fundraising monies is paid to the charity at regular quarterly periods by cheque (made payable to Julia’s House Children’s Hospice) or directly into the charity bank account (details below). If the organisation would like to be invoiced for a donation, they should contact Julia’s House for further information.

12. If I collect personal information from donors, I will ensure compliance with all laws and regulations relating to data protection. This includes the use of photographs taken at events. I understand that if I want Julia’s House to publish any images, I must obtain written consent from all individuals photographed. Julia’s House can provide the required consent form upon request.
13. Julia’s House Children’s Hospice take the organisations privacy seriously. Details will be held securely on the charity database. Any information about the organisation will be treated in line with the charities GDPR and Data Protection Policies which can be found at www.juliashouse.org/privacy-policy
14. If at any time either party believes that the relationship is not working for mutual benefit, this agreement can be terminated in writing. Upon termination you agree that you will:
i. immediately cease to use the charity's logo and words;
ii. pay all outstanding monies raised for the charity to the charity within 30 days;
iii. return all marketing materials e.g. collection cans, banners etc.

16. I understand that Julia’s House may terminate our agreement if I am in breach of any of these terms and conditions.
