Hannah Dosanjh
Hannah is a Swindon-based artist, illustrator and muralist.
A self-confessed ‘history anorak’, Hannah loves to bring to light stories of forgotten places and the ordinary heroes who live in them.
She worked on The Big Dog Art Trail in Swindon, helping the children at the Devizes hospice to produce a balloon dog sculpture for the trail. For The Great Tail Trail Hannah has spent time with the children at the Dorset hospice, and their siblings, to help them create ‘Sandy’.
‘Sandy' is a vibrant patchwork mermaid tail, featuring a handprint or drawing by a Julia's House child, sibling or a member of staff in each patch.
I wanted to get involved in the Great Tail Trail because this project gives the children who are at the heart of Julia’s House a chance to make their mark.
