 Daisy Hvnter
Daisy is a multidisciplinary artist whose work focuses on creating joyful, sensory experiences and is deeply influenced by her identity as a disabled and autistic person.

Her art features a distinct colour scheme and themes of the cosmos, providing an escape into otherworldly and colourful environments crafted from a variety of creative practices. “I am inspired by the unique ways neurodivergent people perceive the world, and I strive to represent that in my art,” says Daisy.

Her tail features an abstract design, capturing the beauty of cosmic landscapes and underwater realms, inviting onlookers to dive into a world where the boundaries between sky and sea blur.

The Great Tail Trail caught my attention because it supports Julia’s House, a charity close to my heart due to my background working with children with complex health needs and my personal experience with disability. The imagery of the mermaid tail perfectly complements my otherworldly creations, allowing me to craft magical mermaids that inspire and captivate.

Participating in The Great Tail Trail is a bucket-list opportunity for me. It aligns with my passion for creating inclusive, enchanting art that brings joy and highlights the beauty of diverse experiences
