Helen has worked in palliative care nursing and education for over 30 years and is a compassionate and values-based leader and coach.
She has a wealth of experience in strategic, organisational and service development and held various roles in clinical practice, management and teaching, at Oxford Brookes University, Together for Short Lives and independent hospice services.
Helen is passionate about nurturing the development of others and empowering teams and individuals to be the best they can be.
Having completed her PhD at the University of Southampton exploring parents experience of advance care planning, she continues to advocate for and drive research and best practice. to improve outcomes for children with life limiting conditions and their families.
