Barbara has worked in HR for over 40 years at both an operational and strategic level. She has experience across a number of sectors including working at Director level for Royal Mail, Spectrum Housing Association and Sunseeker International.
During her career Barbara has been involved in the development of Strategic Business Plans and has led on a number of large transformation projects which underpinned their goals and objectives.
