Take part in the Big Teddy Takeover with Julia’s House this Children’s Hospice Week!
It’s simple! Bring your favourite cuddly toy and a donation of £1 into school to raise money for your local children’s hospice charity, Julia’s House.
You can choose to keep 50% of the donations, to help raise funds for your school as well.
You could make your Big Teddy Takeover BEAR-y special with some extra fundraising activities, such as a teddy themed picnic, cake sale, tombola or book swap. Or why not go extra cuddly and wear slippers or pyjamas?

Six-year-old Isabella was born with chronic lung disease and needs extra oxygen to help her breathe. She has to carry an oxygen cylinder with her wherever she goes, including on the swing when she’s playing with our nurses and carers.
One of Isabella’s favourite teddies is her Fuggler, which you can spot in this photo!
