How long will it take me to complete 136 miles?
It’s completely up to you and depends on your fitness level and chosen activities. Any exercise can count – from running, walking and cycling to HIIT classes, swimming and Pilates!
Here’s a couple of examples:
Run 12 miles per week for 12 weeks or row 25 minutes per day for 8 weeks.

"Our daughter Sophie was diagnosed with a brain tumour at seven years old, out of no-where. We were lost. Sophie battled hard for 10 months before she died.
Without Julia’s House, we wouldn’t have been able to care for our daughter at home in the way we wanted. No child should have to spend a single night in hospital and Julia’s House made that possible for Sophie. Throughout her illness she spent every night at home in her bed. That meant the world to us and to Sophie"
