We have added a new event for 2019 to our popular calendar of challenges; The Great Wiltshire Walk!
Starting in the picturesque village of All Cannings on 20 July, keen hikers will follow a 26-mile route through Wiltshire’s beautiful countryside finishing with spectacular panoramic views over the Vale of Pewsey, a hog roast and glass of prosecco.
“Our Jurassic Trek has proved so popular in Dorset that we wanted to introduce something similar for Wiltshire, especially after opening our hospice in Devizes” explains Hannah Miller, Challenge Events Manager for Julia’s House. “This is a tough but rewarding walk which takes in some of the most famous and stunning landmarks in the county. All money raised from the trek will help us care for life-limited children locally and give respite to exhausted mums and dads.”
All participants will receive dedicated one-to-one support from the Julia’s House team, as well as on-the-day support from the charity including refuelling stops with water and snacks.
