Julia’s House is offering a 20 per cent discount off all stock in its Salisbury charity shop over one weekend to celebrate its first anniversary.
The Dorset and Wiltshire children’s hospice will be running the discount from 2-4th November when the shop, in Fisherton Street, will feature some extra special designer goodies – with new items being released each day. Among the exclusive labels on offer will be Karen Millen, Ted Baker, Boden, Russell and Bromley and Joules, including coats, bags, dresses and children’s clothing.
There will also be some stalls, a birthday cake to share with customers.
Said Julia’s House Retail Manager Tracy Stanley: ”We wanted to say thank you to the people of Salisbury for their support for our shop in what has proved to be a challenging year for all traders across the city. “It’s great to now have two shops in Wiltshire – we opened our second store in Devizes in September, just around the corner from our hospice. It’s lovely to have a High Street presence in the communities that support us. Without their fundraising and donations we could not be the lifeline for local families with a life-limited child.”
The charity, which offers care for children at its hospices and in family homes across the county, is always on the lookout for volunteers and donations of good quality clothing, bric-a-brac and furniture for its shops. Find out more at juliashouse.org/shops.
