This is a temporary position to cover Maternity Leave in our busy Finance Department based in Poole.
You will have the AAT or similar qualification and have proven proficiency in Sage Line 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll. If you have these and pride yourself in working to a high level of accuracy and with attention to detail, we would like to hear from you.
Duties to include:
Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems.
Assisting with the monthly payroll process by reviewing and inputting timesheet, mileage and expense claim information.
Ensuring supplier invoices are accurately entered onto Sage after being authorised and BACs/cheque payments made.
Processing all charity income and reconciling to Donor Strategy.
Preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
Reconciling all control accounts at the month end.
Keeping the fixed asset register up to date and processing monthly depreciation.
Maintaining the restricted funds schedule.
Raising sales invoices as required including those to local Clinical Commissioning Groups
Preparing monthly payroll and nominal ledger analysis.
