Job Description

We are seeking a Supporter Care Administrator to join the busy Donations Administration Team.

The post holder will take responsibility for providing exemplary supporter care to deliver an exceptional personalised donor experience. You will be part of a larger fundraising team, where part of your workload will be to help with donation processing.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of customer service, preferably in the Not for Profit sector. You need to be able to communicate in a caring, professional manner to individuals from all age groups and all walks of life. You will have the skills to identify the most appropriate communications required and have the proficiency to communicate verbally and have excellent written skills. It is important to the role to have the desire to engage with our donors.

In addition, in order to work with the Donations Team, you should have experience of Databases preferably CRMs or the willingness and aptitude to learn.
