This is a great opportunity for someone to become the Manager of our busy Bransgore store which has recently been refitted.
The manager will be responsible for maintaining a productive and well-presented shop and demonstrate effective leadership in all aspects of team management.
Qualifications/Experience: Sound retail experience (including Gift Aid), people management skills and awareness of Health & Safety compliance are essential. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are also required, along with good organisational and administrative skills.
Duties to include: Lead a team of staff and volunteers to maximise shop sales and profits. Manage the day to day shop operation by exceeding customer expectations and effective engagement of the volunteer team.
A full driving licence and use of a vehicle for business purposes are essential. Flexibility is key to this role as there is a requirement to cover other shops as necessary.
