As our Individual Giving Fundraiser, you will focus on delivering campaigns, appeals and supporter loyalty communications by developing multi-channel marketing and fundraising programmes to acquire new donors, retain existing supporters and maximise growth of income.
The role will support the Individual Giving Manager with delivering the Individual Giving strategy plan, oversee the recruitment, retention of weekly lottery players and delivery of the lottery marketing strategy. The post holder will also provide support to the Legacy Fundraiser with delivering the charity’s legacy marketing strategy and managing legacy administration.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with extensive experience in direct response marketing and direct mail, with substantial knowledge of campaign delivery management. You will also have the comprehensive project management skills necessary to deliver a wide range of complex, compelling campaigns within agreed timescales, budgets and for various giving levels. You will have experience of working within a fundraising environment, preferably within individual giving fundraising.
