Facilities Administrative Volunteer


Closing: 31 October Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 1 day per week (for 4 hours)

Job Description

We are looking for a volunteer to assist our Facilities Manager with office based administrative tasks. Key tasks would include:

  • Assisting Facilities Manager with general administration
  • Chasing and processing fire and health and safety reports; uploading on to our system, and highlighting/raising any concerns
  • Requesting and sorting quotes and invoices
  • Completing purchase order forms
  • Data inputting
  • Sorting email account when required

We'd love to meet someone who has a personable approach, with a friendly, approachable attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. You will need to be proactive and previous admin experience is desirable. As the role is office based, we are looking for someone with excellent computer and organisation skills.
