This is a part-time temporary position for maternity cover, based at our fundraising office in Poole.
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and committed Challenge Fundraising Assistant to temporarily join our Challenge Events Team.
If you have experience in events and excellent customer relationship skills - we want to hear from you.

You will be highly organised and have strong multi-tasking skills to help assist in the planning and development of our Challenge Events programme. Excellent administration, written and PC skills are also essential and you will be responsible for producing mailings, posters and keeping our database up to date. You should be a self-starter and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our challenge event participants and volunteers receive an excellent standard of customer care, supporting them in their fundraising efforts.
You will work three days per week (there is some flexibility on days) and will include occasional travel to Wiltshire, evening and weekend work. You must be available to help at the following events:
Wiltshire Trek: Saturday 20th July 2019
The Big Ride: Sunday 22nd September 2019
Bournemouth Marathon Festival: Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th October 2019.
A full driving licence and use of a car for business purposes is essential.
