Job Description

 Could you be the Assistant Shop Manager in our busy Bransgore shop?  

The successful candidate must have sound retail experience and awareness of Health & Safety issues.  You will also have the drive and commitment to help the Julia’s House team to continue their excellent standard of retail service. A knowledge of Gift Aid would be an advantage.  

Working in conjunction with the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing volunteers and stock, ensuring a productive and well-presented shop is maintained, to maximise sales and profits. You will need to be able to work unsupervised in a methodical and organised manner and be flexible to the needs of the charity, covering holiday and sickness absences.  

You will have excellent customer care skills and be able to work well in a team.  A current driving licence and use of a car for business purposes are also essential.
