Children’s hospice week, led by Together for Short Lives, is the UK’s only awareness-raising and fundraising week for seriously ill children and the services like Julia’s House that support them. This year they have chosen the theme of 'Life's Short'.
At Julia's House it's our aim to help the children and families we look after do what they love and make the most of every moment. This can be as simple as kicking a ball or smelling the flowers.
Throughout Children's Hospice Week, we will be sharing our moments that matter as well as encouraging you to create and show us your own using #LifesShort to show your support.
Life doesn’t come with guarantees for anyone but the one thing that Julia’s House can guarantee is that a child’s time with us, whether it be short or long, will be memorable, as joyful as possible and treasured. We are not about short lives, we are about fulfilled lives.
Life's short, so why waste precious moments getting dressed, so as part of Children’s Hospice Week, we are inviting you to hold a fundraising Pyjama Day on Wednesday 23 May.
Join us and wear your jammies to work, school or at home and ask everyone taking part to donate £1 to Julia’s House.
If you’re holding your own Pyjama Day at home, post a pyjama selfie using #PJDay and text ‘PJJH18 £1’ to 70070, to donate £1 to Julia’s House.
It couldn't be easier to pay in your Pyjama Day fundraising money:
