How long will it take me to complete 100 miles?
It’s completely up to you and depends on your fitness level and chosen activities. Any exercise can count – from running, walking and cycling to HIIT classes, swimming and Pilates!
Here’s a couple of examples:
Cycle 20 miles a week for 4 weeks = 100 miles or complete 25 x 30 minute HIIT sessions = 100 miles.

"Our daughter Sophie was diagnosed with a brain tumor at seven years old, out of no-where. We were lost. Sophie battled hard for 10 months before she died.
Without Julia’s House, we wouldn’t have been able to care for our daughter at home, in the way we wanted. No child should have to spend a single night in hospital and Julia’s House made that possible for Sophie. Throughout her illness she spent every night at home in her bed. That meant the world to us and to Sophie"
