Martin has been a passionate and supportive patron of Julia’s House since 2008, taking part in many campaigns and events to highlight our work.

He has given readings at our Carols by Candlelight evening, cut the ribbon on our new Devizes hospice, been part of a film about our care service, and has even grown sunflowers on his West Dorset farm to help us raise money. What Martin loves the most, though, is to bring his dogs to meet the children at the hospice, and to spend time chatting with their families over a cup of tea.

One of the most-loved actors on British television, Martin is perhaps best known for his starring roles in Doc Martin and Men Behaving Badly, and his documentary work.
