Jump for Julia
Training takes just 20 minutes and the jump itself consists of a 35 second free fall and a 5 minute canopy ride attached to an experienced army instructor. The next jumps are Sunday 11th April, Sunday 15th August and Sunday 10th October 2010. Dates can also be arranged to suit you.
Abseil for Julia
Our next abseil is on Sunday 11 April and is in aid of our Pyjama Appeal Pyjama Appeal and is off the water tower in Tower Park, Poole.
Or for a bigger challenge, why not sign up to our next abseil off the Guys Hospital Tower, London, on Saturday 24 April? At over 450 foot tall it is taller than the London Eye and a very noticeable feature on the city's skyline. To take part in this daring and exciting abseil, contact Linda on 01202 607400.
Run for Julia
Whether you’re thinking about doing a marathon, a 10k, or a fun-run, we’d love you to do it in aid of Julia’s House. In return we can offer fundraising support, marathon running vests and visits to our hospice to show you how your money will be spent.
Explore for Julia
Saddle up for our cycle ride from London to Paris – the most romantic city on earth. Or why not put on your hiking boots and take a trek through Peru, China or Nepal. Whether you want to climb to Everest base camp or to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro the sky’s the limit!
Trek Jordan
Now in its third year, the children’s hospice trekking challenge is back! Join us as we explore the dry, arid but breathtaking desert landscape of Jordan – a land full of mystery and ancient ruins. This spectacular hike through the Arabian Desert will be stunning, as we trek with our Bedouin guides through areas of amazing solitude and great beauty.
The shared experience of this very special trek will guarantee that it is full of friendship and fun – with each trekker supporting their own local children’s hospice. What are you waiting for? Don your trekking boots and join us in Jordan, and help make a difference for Julia's House.
