81 per cent increase in Julia's House Care Hours
The total care hours Julia's House provided for its children in 2009 was 22,592 (comprising 14,197 in the hospice and 8,395 in the community) - an increase of 81% on the year before’s total of 12,488. This is not counting sibling hours and music and complementary therapies.
As we receive only 3% of our total annual funding from the government, we rely on the generosity of our supporters to continue to support the children and families, especially during this difficult recessionary period.
