Julia's House

Julia’s House is a registered charity governed by a voluntary Board of Trustees, consisting of Joy Desborough (Chairman), Liz Gardiner (Vice Chairman), Mike Wise (Life President), Paul Duffy (Parent Representative), Mike Fortune (Commerce), Grahame Lewis (Finance), Mark Pharaoh (Clinical), Carol Sammons (Care) and Jon Allam (HR) and Neil Meldrum (Law).

The Trustees oversee the direction of the charity and safeguard the interests of the public whose donations make the charity’s work possible. It is then the responsibility of the management team to manage the organisation on a day-to-day basis, and the staff to provide care for the children, raise the funds needed and take care of the charity’s administration
