Julia’s House is a registered charity governed by a voluntary Board of Trustees, consisting of Liz Gardiner (Chairman), Dr Mark Pharaoh (Vice Chairman), Paul Duffy (Parent Representative), Grahame Lewis (Finance), Carol Sammons (Care), Jon Allam (HR) and Neil Meldrum (Law).  Welcome to our two newly appointed Trustees - Helen Sturdy (Treasurer) and Lisa Hanger (Commerce).

The Trustees oversee the direction of the charity and safeguard the interests of the public whose donations make the charity’s work possible. It is then the responsibility of the management team to manage the organisation on a day-to-day basis, and the staff to provide care for the children, raise the funds needed and take care of the charity’s administration.

Mike Wise MBE has now stepped down from the Board of Trustees but remains Life President.
